News from the website (Reporter Wang Liming) on May 30, 2018, the Party Committee Work Division of the company conducted business training on how to do a good job in the development of Party members under the new situation for Party branch members and some new branch secretaries of affiliated companies of the company. 18 Party branch members of the company attended the training. The development of Party members is not only an important part of Party building, but also a regular and important work of grass-roots Party branches.
To do a good job in developing Party members, we not only need to have a high sense of political responsibility for the Party’s cause, but also need to master solid party construction theory and relevant professional knowledge. Every Party affairs worker, especially the secretaries and members of grass-roots Party branches, plays an important role in developing Party members.
For the training, the colleague Wang Liming gave professional guidance to the work of developing Party members from three parts. The first part was the general requirements of developing Party members; the second part was the basic procedure of developing Party members; the third part was several problems that the Party branch should pay attention to in the work of developing Party members.
Next, the colleague Wang Liming gave guidance, summary and briefing on the correct application of the “e” branch in the new era and the online learning of Party members of each branch. The next step was to make use of the “e” branch platform to do a good job in the study of Party members.
By holding the training course, the members of the Party branch had a new understanding of the work of recruiting Party members, and said that as Party affairs workers, they should seriously study the laws of the work of developingParty members, be familiar with and master the relevant policies and working procedures of the work of developing Party members, and seriously do a good job in the work of developing Party members.
