In the passionate July, in order to enhance the cohesion of employees and stimulate the vitality of employees and thank the support of employees’ families, RBCs held the theme family day event of “Highlight World, Illuminate Home”. On the morning of July 7, the welcome team composed of RBCS management came to the company early to welcome the arrival of employees and their families. Then, led by the volunteers, we came to the main venue of the event. In order to ensure that the activities can be carried out safely and orderly, the organizing committee specially arranged safety lecturers to give safety lectures to all guests.
At the beginning of the event, RBCS/GM addressed all guests present. He firstly thanked all employees’ families for their strong support to employees and RBCS, and shared RBCS’s achievements in recent years and future development direction. The organizing committee also arranged for volunteers to lead the guests to visit the factory in batches and in-depth contact with the place where their families work. During the visit, our volunteers also explained the company’s products and processes to the employees’ families, so that they can had a further understanding towards Bosch.
