FAWSN held a summary meeting of the Ultimate Quality Hong QI Project Campaign and the "10.29" Reflection Activity

    On October 30th, FAWSN held a summary meeting for the Ultimate Quality Hong Qi Project Campaign and the "10.29" Reflection Activity, reviewing and taking stock of the 2023 Ultimate Quality Hong Qi Project Campaign, further summarizing experiences and lessons learned, deploying key work, and summarizing the annual reflection work on the "10.29" incident. Members of the Group Management Committee, heads of various functional departments at the headquarters, general managers of affiliated companies, and deputy general managers of some joint ventures attended. Jing Qingchun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of the Group, presided over the meeting.

    At the meeting, Wang Sirui, the acting head of the Group's Department of Intelligence and Technology, presented an inventory and summary report on the battle against the ultimate quality Hong Qi project; Fusheng Li'er Seating and FAWSN Lear Electrical Appliances respectively made reflection summaries and next step work plan reports; Vice President of the Group, Bao Yazhong, presents a summary of customer satisfaction and operational reflection, as well as a report on the next steps of work plan.

    Mr. Zhang had in-depth discussions with everyone regarding the causes, impacts, problems discovered, results of the review, and directions for improvement of the "10.29" incident. He fully affirmed the group's reflection month activity, the ultimate quality red flag project battle, the reflection and summary of two Lear companies, customer satisfaction, and operational reflection and summary.

    In his concluding speech, Mr. Zhang requested: firstly, to elevate our political stance and firmly uphold the mission of the Hong Qi. In the face of the rise of independent automobile brands, we must continue to firmly support the second leap of the Hongqi brand, strictly implement the Hongqi quality control campaign, shoulder political responsibilities, and always put Hongqi first among all important customers; Secondly, cultivate a culture of reflection and emphasize systematic review. All party members and leaders should take the lead in constantly reflecting and reviewing, integrating reflection into culture and carrying out work on a regular basis, so that the team can turn proactive reflection into a personal and corporate behavior habit, and become a landmark action of enterprise management; Thirdly, strengthen customer service and exceed customer needs. From the feedback on customer satisfaction throughout the year, it can be seen that leaders and key personnel of various enterprises have significantly increased their emphasis on customer performance. However, there are still important issues that need to be addressed at the execution level. Efforts should be made to identify and train frontline personnel in business, project, technology, quality, and logistics to become internal customer representatives, always standing in the customer's position, maintaining the principle of altruism, actively conveying customer feedback, and reasonably solving customer needs. It is necessary to improve customer experience and satisfaction from bottom to top; Fourth, adhere to the transformation of digital intelligence and enhance flexible production capacity. As a key project and reflection of the group, this work requires all units to consider the trend of rapid transformation in the traditional automotive industry from a different perspective while preparing for technological reserves and improvement. From the beginning of the design of production lines for various brand vehicle models, full consideration should be given to investment, digital transformation, and flexible production preparation, in order to enhance the ability to resist the normalization of fluctuations and adjustments such as an increase in the number of vehicle models and a decrease in output; Fifth, ensure the implementation of the system and strengthen the accountability mechanism. In our early reflection, we have accurately identified and gradually resolved issues such as organizational confusion and lack of sense of responsibility. Each unit should make every effort to solve these problems in the subsequent work, while continuously optimizing and improving various processes and systems to ensure the implementation of this core issue. We must build a strong compliance defense line, carry forward the spirit of turning the blade inward, and when dealing with personal interests infringing on collective interests, we should not hesitate, resolutely handle, and never tolerate them; Sixth, never forget the original intention and keep in mind the mission. I hope that all units will continue to maintain strategic determination, enhance their confidence in development, guard against arrogance and complacency, always remember the "10.29" incident, sound the alarm bell long and be cautious until the end; All managers and party members and cadres should fulfill their duties, strive to be exemplary, guard against formalism and bureaucracy, always take "meeting customer needs and continuously creating value for customers" as their responsibility, fight for honor, and work together to open a new chapter for FAWSN.

    Each unit should carefully understand the spirit of the meeting, compare goals, identify gaps, recognize the situation, and strengthen responsibilities. With the perseverance of "firmly grasping the green mountains and not relaxing" and the drive of "hundreds of boats competing for thousands of sails", ensure the effective implementation of the group's various deployments, comprehensively improve the quality of the group's products and services, continue to deeply practice the business policy, and strive unremittingly to build a sustainable international brand company.
